A fantastic pool area with loungers, pool and children's pool are available.

Regular check in is at 15:00 and checkout at 11:00 in the morning.

Wonderful unit in Great location

Silverene Tower is a brilliant location with dozens of restaurants, excellent shopping and entertainment immediately outside the front door. Having lived in Dubai for twelve years, I was traveling on business and can easily say that Dubai Marina is the best area of Dubai to stay in. A walk of barely two blocks gets one to the beach and the entertainment district that front onto it. I highly recommend this unit. The check in process was quick and simple, the unit has a wonderful view of the marina and is clean, modern and well cared for. Additionally , there are two light rail systems with stops less than a block away. Can't go wrong here

Very happy with the renting process and apartment was as described
Had a bit of an issue with security arriving as they were not aware of our arrival which was difficult at 2.30am but resolved fairly quickly
Would certainly recommend property for a holiday

Highly recommend this apartment . One of the best buildings in the Marina and great pool . Close to everything and steps from pier7 restaurants and Marina mall . Apartment was nicely decorated and super clean

We had 8 nights in this lovely apartment, and would not hesitate to recommend it😊.
Spotlessly clean, well equipped and with views to die for!
Booking really easy and efficient, Lina very helpful.
The pool area on the same floor is lovely, and location perfect for walking to the beach and lots of lovely restaurants nearby round the marina.
Our favourite was Catch 22 on the beachfront, and we would not recommend the one downstairs from the apartment, service really curt and food very average/poor.
Great time, we would definitely go back if we visit Dubai again.
